As a licensed asbestos inspector, samples will be obtained from the areas that will be renovated and tested under a microscope to detect any levels of asbestos. Any areas positive for asbestos will need to be professionally abated.

"The C-ring of our toilet cracked and caused a lot of unseen flooding into our Michigan basement furnace room. We didn't catch it until about a week later when we went to replace a furnace filter. We had at least a foot of sewage water in there. Ross and his crew got everything cleaned up super fast and got a dehumidifier in place to dry out the foundation too!
